How to Register Online
Payment is by cheque, direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). Click the red Register Button below to register and make payment to attend the Symposium. Complete the online form and print off a copy for your records.

Pre-Symposium Workshops and the post Symposium site tour are an additional cost.

Terms and Conditions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of registration received on or before Monday 20 August 2018 will incur an administration fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person.
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Symposium or through the cancellation of the Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Symposium Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Symposium Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but the Symposium Organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if and as is deemed necessary.
The Organising Committee and/or Symposium Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Symposium. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
